You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phcom. This is a requirement under Philippine gaming law. Underage accounts are permanently closed and funds forfeited pursuant to PAGCOR regulations.
phcom strictly enforces one account per individual. Duplicate accounts — even under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — will be merged or closed, and associated bonuses voided. Identity verification is required before withdrawal.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash and Maya deposits are instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. phcom does not charge processing fees on standard GCash withdrawals.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. phcom reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from abuse of promotional offers.

By accessing, registering on, or using the phcom platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. 1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the phcom online gaming platform accessible at phcom.vip ("Platform"), operated by phcom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2 The Platform is operated under a licence granted within the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") regulatory framework. All gaming activities conducted on the Platform are subject to applicable Philippine laws, including Republic Act No. 9487 and relevant PAGCOR issuances.
1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
1.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a phcom account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you. phcom does not represent that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) account on phcom. Duplicate accounts — created under the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — will be identified and merged or closed. Any bonuses received via duplicate accounts will be voided and any resulting winnings forfeited.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information updated. phcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
2.5 KYC Verification. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, valid passport, driver's licence, and Voter's ID. Documents must be current and legible. phcom may require additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
2.6 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phcom login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. phcom shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.1 All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcom accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT (Tether). Available payment methods may change without prior notice.
3.2 Minimum deposit amounts are set by the individual payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum for GCash and Maya deposits is ₱100.
3.3 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by another individual on your behalf — are prohibited. Discovery of third-party deposits may result in account suspension pending investigation.
3.4 phcom does not charge deposit fees for standard GCash and Maya deposits. Fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
3.5 In compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), phcom monitors transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding regulatory reporting thresholds.
4.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. phcom reserves the right to require verification of the withdrawal method before processing.
4.2 Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.
4.3 Standard GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or additional verification requirements.
4.4 phcom does not charge standard withdrawal processing fees for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving financial institution are the player's responsibility.
4.5 phcom reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violations of these Terms.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers extended by phcom are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are applied to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
5.3 phcom reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotional offer. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed exclusively to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and use of prohibited betting strategies.
5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of their wagering requirements.
5.5 phcom reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game rules for each title available on phcom are accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rule displays and any other source, the rules displayed within the game take precedence.
6.2 phcom cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to games. Scheduled maintenance windows typically occur between 03:00–05:00 Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8). Players are advised not to leave open bets during maintenance windows.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round that affects the integrity of the outcome, phcom reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Bets that have been settled correctly prior to any malfunction will not be reversed.
6.4 All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means (card dealing, wheel spinning, dice rolling) conducted in real-time by human dealers. Random Number Generation ("RNG") is used exclusively for RNG-based slot and table games. Both systems are independently audited by licensed testing laboratories.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.1 All content on the phcom platform — including but not limited to the phcom brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary property of phcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.
8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phcom platform without prior written consent from phcom.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends. During self-exclusion, you may not create a new account. Attempting to do so is a violation of these Terms.
9.3 phcom strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Players who are identified as underage will have their accounts permanently closed and their activity reported to PAGCOR.

10.1 The phcom platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcom disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 phcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, communication errors, or service interruption.
10.3 phcom's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcom account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
11.1 You may close your phcom account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.2 phcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
11.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable law.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phcom, you are encouraged to first contact our customer support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or, where applicable, to the appropriate Philippine courts.
13.1 phcom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via registered email or prominent in-platform notice.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
