At phcom, your privacy matters as much as your gaming experience. This Privacy Policy explains exactly how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the phcom platform.
Key commitments phcom makes to every player. Full details are in the policy below.
phcom collects only the personal data necessary to operate a licensed gaming platform: registration details, identity documents for KYC, payment information, game activity logs, and device/connection data for security purposes.
All data transmitted to and from phcom is encrypted using 256-bit TLS. Payment details are tokenised — phcom does not store raw card or GCash PIN data. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate operational need.
phcom does not sell your personal data. We share data only with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies (PAGCOR, AMLC) as required by law. All third-party partners operate under strict data processing agreements.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
phcom uses essential, functional, and analytical cookies. Essential cookies are required for platform operation and cannot be disabled. You may manage non-essential cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.
phcom retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine AML obligations. Data is securely deleted thereafter.
Your Privacy Matters to phcom. This Privacy Policy is issued by phcom (phcom.vip) in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. phcom collects personal data in the following categories:
3.1 Registration Data. When you create a phcom account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, residential address, and nationality. This data is required to fulfil our contractual obligations and regulatory KYC requirements.
